We read everything and reply to most things within a few working days.
Worth writing about
- A result that looks wrong. Send the inputs you typed and what you expected; a reproducible case is fixed far faster than a description.
- A national figure that is out of date or misquoted - a recommended drop allowance, a standard rating, a regulator’s name. Please include the source and its date.
- A calculator or a market that is missing. We build in search-demand order, so a real use case moves the queue.
- Embedding a calculator on your own site, or a partnership.
What we cannot do
- Design or check your installation. We cannot tell you what to run to a specific panel, and a calculator result is not a load calculation, an inspection or a permit.
- Take responsibility for work done from a result. The wiring method, the derating and the final sign-off are the licensed electrician’s and the AHJ’s.
- Confirm a number we have not verified. Where the site says a table has not been checked, we mean it, and an email cannot substitute for the source.
